Attorney Yaniv Mazuz brings more than 25 years of professional experience in litigation, real estate law, and judicial and administrative debt collection. Throughout his career, he has developed extensive expertise representing the State of Israel, local authorities, municipal corporations, and commercial clients across a broad range of legal matters.
In the field of real estate, Attorney Mazuz has particular expertise in eviction proceedings and actions for the recovery of possession of real property. His extensive experience includes representing property owners in sensitive cases involving unlawful occupants, trespassers, and defaulting tenants, while ensuring efficient proceedings and safeguarding clients’ property rights. For approximately 15 years, Attorney Mazuz has been authorized to represent the State of Israel under a power of attorney issued by the Attorney General.

Among Attorney Mazuz’s notable professional achievements is his role, together with Attorney David Cantor, in leading a landmark lawsuit on behalf of the State of Israel against hundreds of defendants in a large-scale eviction case involving unlawful occupants. The case resulted in a leading legal precedent that was upheld by the Supreme Court of Israel and is now frequently relied upon by courts at various levels.
