David Cantor, Attorney at Law

Founder & Managing Partner

Attorney & Certified Public Accountant (CPA) David Cantor brings a rare multidisciplinary expertise that combines legal practice, taxation, and accounting. With more than 25 years of experience as a Certified Public Accountant (since 1996) and as an Attorney at Law (since 2000), David provides clients with a comprehensive, integrated professional service, enabling complex legal and financial matters to be handled under one roof.
Attorney Cantor specializes in managing judicial and administrative debt collection operations for commercial clients and local authorities, and leads complex litigation in both civil and criminal tax matters. In the field of real estate, he represents the Israel Land Authority in eviction proceedings, partition actions, and a wide range of real estate transactions.

Yaniv Mazuz

Attorney Yaniv Mazuz brings more than 25 years of professional experience in litigation, real estate law, and judicial and administrative debt collection. Throughout his career, he has developed extensive expertise representing the State of Israel, local authorities, municipal corporations, and commercial clients across a broad range of legal matters. In the field of real estate, Attorney Mazuz has particular expertise in eviction proceedings and actions for the recovery of possession of real property. His extensive experience includes representing property owners in sensitive cases involving unlawful occupants, trespassers, and defaulting tenants, while ensuring efficient proceedings and safeguarding clients’ property rights. For approximately 15 years, Attorney Mazuz has been authorized to represent the State of Israel under a power of attorney issued by the Attorney General.

Vladimir Gocheberg

Beyond his legal practice, Attorney Gocheberg serves as a Major (Res.) in the Israel Defense Forces, where he commands a company in the Alexandroni Brigade. Michael Aknin

Attorney Michael Aknin brings to the firm more than 25 years of extensive operational and legal experience within Israel’s law enforcement system. His unique combination of experience as a senior criminal investigator and his current role as a prosecutor enables him to offer clients a sharp, strategic, and uncompromising approach to managing complex legal proceedings. Since 2022, Michael has served as a Police Prosecutor, appearing daily before the Magistrates’ Courts and the District Court in Be’er Sheva. His extensive courtroom experience in conducting evidentiary hearings and litigating before higher courts has equipped him with exceptional expertise in handling complex legal disputes.
From 1999 to 2021, Michael served as an investigator with the Israel Police, where he gained extensive practical experience in criminal investigations and law enforcement.
